At Firearms Academy, we’re committed to providing every customer with high-quality training and a reliable purchasing experience. We understand that plans can change, and we want to make sure our policies are clear, fair, and easy to understand. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines how we handle cancellations, refunds, and returns for both training courses and physical products purchased through our website or in person.
1. Course Refunds and Cancellations
We currently offer in-person firearms training courses, and each class requires preparation, instructor scheduling, and limited spots to maintain quality. For that reason, we have the following cancellation and refund rules:

Rescheduling is available if requested at least 5 days in advance. You may move your class to a future available date without penalty
To request a refund or reschedule your class, please email us at info@gunk9.com with your full name, course title, and scheduled date.
If a class is canceled or postponed by Firearms Academy due to weather, instructor availability, or range issues, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or a new date.
2. Physical Product Returns
As we expand our offerings to include physical products—such as apparel, gear, training materials, or safety equipment—we want you to shop with confidence. When our store is live, the following policies will apply to all physical product purchases:

Products may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or order error on our part.

Items such as custom gear, ammunition, or hygiene-related products (e.g., ear protection) may not be eligible for return due to safety and health considerations. These exclusions will be clearly listed on individual product pages once live.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, we sincerely apologize and will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll provide instructions for a replacement or full refund.
4. Gift Cards and Non-Refundable Items
All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable. Any promotional materials, digital downloads, or non-tangible content—once issued—cannot be returned or refunded.
